The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are working with one of our established clients based around the outskirts of Southampton, a family run independent car dealership, who are actively searching for an experienced Sales Executive.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:

Our client are seeking a confident and experienced car sales executive, preferably with premium car dealership experience (or experience from a similar environment)

Advertise cars on the dealership website, ensuring accurate and enticing descriptions.

Capture high-quality images of vehicles to showcase their features and attract potential customers.

Re-price vehicles on the forecourt based on market analysis and dealership guidelines.

Prepare and maintain the forecourt, ensuring vehicles are well presented and clean.

Collaborate with other departments, such as service, to ensure smooth vehicle preparation to ensure the vehicles are ready for handover.

Highly organized individual with excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail.

Customer-centric mind-set, committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.

Strong literacy and numeracy skills.

High motivation and a drive to excel in the automotive industry.

Preferably a full UK driver's license.

The Package:

Salary: £20,000 Basic | OTE £65,000 !!!

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm | Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Sunday: 11:00am – 4:00pm + one day off in the week

[Note: In summary, you will work a 5-day week. During one week, work from Monday to Friday, with one day off during the week. This results in a 4-day workweek for that particular week. On alternate weeks, you will work the regular Monday to Friday, with weekend work while still taking one day off during the week]

Plus a 'premium' company vehicle.
