The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a superb motor trade organisation and have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join an established franchise car dealership, based around the outskirts of Milton Keynes.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles
Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer
Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes.
To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.
Ideally you will be currently working within a motor trade organisation.
Experience Criteria:
Sales or Customer Service experience essential for this role.
Motor trade experience in sales is beneficial but not essential.
If you have experience in Sales or Customer Service and are interested in Car Sales as a career path then this would be considered by our client.
The Package:
£14,000 basic starting salary. OTE of £35,000 - £40,000 Uncapped + Company Car (Experience dependant) and benefits including 21 Days Holiday a year & State Pension Scheme.
Hours are 8:30 – 18:00 (Monday to Friday) 8:30 – 17:00 (Saturday) 10:00 - 16:00 (Sunday & Bank Holidays)
