Silcom Recruitment are currently seeking enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our renowned client and respected Main-Car Dealership based in Chichester.
The ideal Sales Executive will have a confident attitude and approach to clients, prepared to challenge themselves and motivated to succeed in a car sales environment.

Role and Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
Achieving monthly sales targets for vehicles sold, achieving the minimum profit targets.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong customer service background, with a proven track record of successful sales work.
You must have great confidence and experience in customer communication. Interacting with people in a professional manner befitting of a top-end brand and looking the part.
A determined and enthusiastic individual will succeed in this role and thrive in this prime working environment.
You will need to be 100% focused on providing all customers with a world-class purchase experience whilst achieving all sales objectives.
Starting salary of £18,000 + Commission [OTE of £45 - £55K per annum]
+ Excellent benefits (company car included)
Monday to Friday (with a day off during the week)
Saturday [9:00am – 5:00pm]
Sunday Rota [10:00am – 4:00pm]
