The Role:

At present, Silcom Recruitment are on the lookout for an experienced motor trade or customer service professional to work with one of our largest clients local to Portsmouth as a Sales Customer Retention Executive.

This opportunity is to join an established team of passionate Sales Customer Retention Executives looking to expand their ever-growing team. This role is offering fantastic Monday to Friday hours, a competitive salary package, a less pressurised sales environment and a positive office atmosphere.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Customer Retention Executive:

Focus on outbound calls to existing finance sales and service finance customers.

Maintain a strong relationship with multiple customers throughout their car ownership cycle and creating renewal appointments for the Sales Team.

Identifying the opportunities to offer renewal appointments at key points during the agreement term, by building, maintaining and updating ‘campaigns’ on the Finance Renewals Systems.

Working closely with the Online Manager and the site Sales Managers and their team to track and update appointment information.

Creating appointments and promoting best practice to our customers via telephone and internet. 

Computer literate & confident speaking over the phone

The Package:

£25,000 Basic Salary & £40,000 Bonus. This is uncapped!

Monday to Friday [8:30 – 18:00].

22 days paid holiday + Bank holidays.
