Sales Consultant - Poole (Remote Working Available)

The Role:

We have an amazing opportunity to join an established yet growing business within motor finance. Our client seeks experienced Sales Consultants to join the business, based in Poole. They will also consider suitable candidates who can work remotely, with travel to the office x2 times a week.

As a Sales Consultant, you will ideally have current or previous experience within a sales environment or similar. My client would be very interested in people from a motor trade sales background or similar.

Daily Responsibilities:

A prioritiser and planner who can analytically plan day-to-day activities / able to handle a fast pace environment to produce monthly financial targets.

Selling finance packages over the phone to pre-qualified clients (Hire Purchase/ Contract Hire / Personal Contract Purchase/ Lease Purchase/Finance lease).

Managing a high level of workflow and leads.

Comprehensive updating of the internal web-based CRM system.

Day to day management of clients’ needs and requirements.

Sourcing of required client vehicles.

The Package:

Sliding scale basic salary ranging from £21,000 - £26,000. OTE Uncapped ranging from £35,000 - £70,000 subject to experience.

Remote working available x3 days from home - x2 days a week in the office (flexibility with this for the right person)

Monday to Friday; 40 hour working week. Saturday Rota 1 in 4 weekends 09:00 - 16:00.
