The Role:
Here at Silcom Recruitment, we are delighted to be recruiting on the behalf of a well-established motor trade dealership group, with a site based in Southampton.
Our client is currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. This position is a permanent opportunity and offering a great chance for someone to come on board, to help support the sales department.
Responsibilities:
Complete all pre-delivery related administration.
Liaise with the sales team and vehicle supply to process vehicle orders in line with the sales order, demonstrator, or showroom stock requirements.
Provides general support to the sales team keeping them informed of customer order status and any issues that may arise relating to their sales.
Enters vehicle job sheet details to ensure records regarding pre-delivery work hours requirements are accurate and up to date.
The Package:
Basic salary between £26,000 - £27,800 - dependant on experience + amazing company benefits.
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
