Sales Administrator - Southampton

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of a car dealership group, with a busy new and used site based around the outskirts of Southampton, Hampshire. Seeking to add an experienced Sales Administrator to their team. Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

To complete all administrative tasks required to complete a vehicle sale, from locating the vehicle through to invoicing, taxing and preparing the paperwork for delivery

Check and maintain reports, including vehicle debtor report, demo stock report and monthly demo write-downs, on a timely basis.

New Car stock ordering and Management

The Package:

£18,000 - £20,000 basic salary - Depending on experience 

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with an hour for lunch
