Sales Administrator - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established motor trade dealership group, with a site based around the outskirts of Southampton. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

Main Objectives:

Comply with DVLA/AFRL guidelines at all times

Provide excellent support and administration services to the sales department

Process and monitoring all new and used car sales on the company’s DMS 

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Taxing of vehicles

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers

The Package:

£23,800 starting salary + Bonus - £100 per month - £25,000 package
