The Role:
We are recruiting on the behalf of a client of ours based in Ipswich, seeking to add an experienced Sales Administrator to their expanding team. Reporting to the Regional Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
To complete all administrative tasks required to complete a vehicle sale, from locating the vehicle through to invoicing, taxing and preparing the paperwork for delivery.
Check and maintain reports, including vehicle debtor report, demo stock report and monthly demo write-downs, on a timely basis.
New Car stock ordering and Management.
Kerridge/ Pinnacle system experience preferred but not essential.
Current/ previous motor trade experience is essential in this role.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within an administrative or office environment ideally in the motor trade.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office
High level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
Organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Flexible team worker
The Package:
Salary £19,000 - £21,000 (negotiable dependant on experience) + Fantastic company benefits. Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30 with 1 hour for lunch with flexibility.
