The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a dealership based in Ipswich.

Our client currently seeks a Sales Administrator to join their team. This position is a permanent opportunity and offering a great chance for someone to come on board, to provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient processing of new & used vehicle orders.

Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:

Oversee a team of 9 executives alongside another sales administrator, ensuring smooth operations and effective sales processes.

Utilise your motor trade expertise to provide guidance and support to the sales team, assisting them in achieving their targets.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales transactions and customer interactions.


Essential: Demonstrated current or previous experience in the motor trade industry.

Kerridge system experience advantageous (experience with other dealership management systems is also valuable).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders effectively.

The Package:

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.

Monday to Friday 08:15am – 17:15pm (40 hour working week) flexibility available around these hours.
