Our client currently seeks a Sales Administrator to join their team. This position is a permanent opportunity and offering a great chance for someone to come on board, to provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient processing of new vehicle orders.
Due to the vast volume of workload, my client seeks someone with motor trade experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator or similar, for example; fleet administration. However any transferable sales administration experience would be considered.
Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:
Liaising with the sales team and vehicle supply to process vehicle orders in line with the sales order.
Completing all pre-delivery related administration.
Working with the sales team and Sales Manager to complete sales invoicing, ensuring all costs are included.
Entering vehicle job sheet details onto REV8 system to ensure records regarding pre-delivery work hour’s requirements are accurate and up to date.
Organising transportation and delivery of stock and sold units.
Advising the sales team on matters regarding stock activity so that they are always aware of the current stock status.
Basic salary dependent on experience up to £25,000 + amazing company benefits.
Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 with 60 minutes lunch (Flexible hours available with shorter lunches can be considered).
