Sales Administrator - Cheltenham

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on the behalf of a client of ours based in Cheltenham, seeking to add an experienced Sales Administrator to their expanding team. Supporting the Sales Administration Manager in a centralised team covering numerous sites, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

You will be providing support to the sales department by preparing all relevant documentation to assist with the efficient handover of vehicles.

You will be ordering vehicles through the manufacturer order system, creation of stock records, processing sales invoices for new and used vehicle sales.

You will also ensure that all company procedures and policies are adhered

Applicants should have experience in general sales admin including the administration of both new and used vehicles. Be familiar with AFRL and internal company sales administration systems.

The Package:

£20,000 depending on experience

Monday to Friday - 9:00am-5:00pm
