Sales Administrator - Cambridge

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on the behalf of a motor trade dealership group, with a site based around the outskirts of Cambridge. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity and has long-term scope to evolve into a Senior Vehicle Sales Administration position.

Reporting to the Head of Business & Dealership Accountant, the ideal Vehicle Sales Administrator will be responsible for the following: 

Responsibilities:

Process and monitoring all new and used vehicles on the company’s DMS (Kerridge)

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Taxing of vehicles

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers

The Package:

£21,000 Starting salary - Dependant on experience.

Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00 with an hour for lunch.
