We are recruiting on the behalf of a client of ours based in Basingstoke, seeking to add a full time Sales Administrator to their growing team. Supporting the Dealership Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:
Duties will include:
Processing sales orders for new and used vehicles.
Invoicing, taxing of vehicles.
Ensuring the Company database is kept up to date.
Other Ad-Hoc duties will occur
The successful candidate must possess good interpersonal skills, be computer literate, conscientious, a team player and be able to work to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate must also have a strong administration background, good organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
We are ideally looking for someone with Motor Trade and Kerridge experience.
£20,000 - £23,000 basic salary depending on experience + bonus experience dependant. Hours Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 (1 hour for lunch)
