Sales Administrator - Aylesbury

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on the behalf of a well-established motor trade dealership business, with a site based in Aylesbury.

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join a strong existing team. This position is a permanent opportunity and offering a very lucrative salary and brilliant company benefits.

Responsibilities:

New & used vehicle administration.

Process and monitoring all new and used vehicles on the company’s DMS (Pinnacle).

Ensuring all info is received in time for scheduled delivery of vehicles.

Taxing & registration of new vehicles.

Maintaining vehicle stock records.

Liaising with workshop to ensure required works completed on new & used vehicles.

Supporting month end procedures

The Package:

Up to £28,000 salary - Dependant on experience + company benefits

Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30.
