Sales & Accounts Administrator - Horsham

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a 40-year established business with their growth plans. After a recent new site acquisition our client is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator who will also hold experience within transactional accounting duties. 

This is a sole role, working as part of a wider team and reporting into the area Management Accountant. You will be responsible for the below;

Responsibilities:

Process and monitoring of used car sales on the company’s DMS (Pinnacle)

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Taxing of vehicles

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers

Bringing used cars into stock

Petty cash

Sales & Purchase Ledger

You will be organised and thorough with your work

The Package:

£24,000 - £27,000 starting salary - Dependent on experience.

Monday to Friday - 40-hour working week
