You will be tasked with sourcing & screening candidates for our live vacancies.
Database management - Helping to ensure our internal database is up to date.
Contacting and reviewing candidate references.
Building rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Answering the phone to both candidates and hiring managers.
Using social media and job boards to advertise active vacancies.
The Successful Candidate:
Able to communicate professionally over e-mail and telephone.
Recruitment experience or strong sales experience desired.
Strong organisational ability.
A confident and outgoing personality.
A relentlessly positive mental attitude.
Negotiable basic salary (Experience Dependent)
Un-capped commission - No threshold - You're paid on every invoice!!
