We are recruiting on the behalf of a well-established dealer network (motor trade) client of ours based around the outskirts of Tonbridge, seeking to add an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to their team. Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Scan and register invoices
Data input onto Kerridge system
Ensure invoices are authorised in timely manner
Assist in the Monthly payment run by reconciling supplier accounts
Updating excel spreadsheets
Liaising with suppliers to answer queries
Liaising with internal departments
Support to rest of team where required.
£18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with an hour for lunch. Flexibility around the start and finish time can also be arranged.
