The Role:

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk has arisen to join one of our top clients, based around the outskirts of Southampton. Reporting to the Finance Controller you will be responsible for the following.

Duties will include:

Daily monitoring and printing of the purchase ledger mail box

Ensure that all purchases of goods and services on behalf of the organisation are completely and accurately accounted for in according with the purchasing procedures

Process bacs / cheque payments resulting from the above report

Logging all bacs payments onto the appropriate spread sheet

Processing daily standing orders and direct debits draw on the Expenses and Resolve Office a/c, including the processing of relating supplier invoices

The Package:

£20,000 - £22,000 Basic Salary – Depending on experience + Fantastic company benefits + Flexible hours
