The Role:
Silcom Recruitment currently have a great opportunity available for an experienced individual in administration and customer service, working for an established client of ours based around the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield.
Our ideal administrator will have gained experience working in a customer service environment and have strong IT skills with knowledge on systems such as Kerridge (Desired) and Excel.
Ideally our client is looking for someone with motor trade experience, but would consider applicants with strong customer service and administration experience.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Ensure parts fitment is arranged with either a third party company or our PDI centre in a timely fashion as soon as vehicle arrives on site.
Provide a weekly update to all customers for each of their orders, mostly on google docs.
Chase deliveries with all customers three times a week to ensure a swift turnaround of vehicles for delivery.
Provide receipt of vehicles on google docs and Kerridge following a proof of delivery.
Package:
Starting Salary of £25,000 + great company benefits.
Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week, 9:00am – 5:30pm.
