We have the pleasure of working with a well-established group and expert aftersales team based in Basingstoke. The dealership is in need of an experienced and respected individual who can take the reins of a large busy parts department as a Parts Manager, to run things and help bring success to the business!
As a Parts Manager, you will ensure profitability and efficiency of the department, achieving financial, volume and quality targets. Our client is even willing to explore experienced Parts Advisors who are keen to find progression and move up to Supervisor or Management.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Manager:
Previous Parts Manager / Supervisor experience
Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent listening and communication skills
Highly organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to handle a pressurised environment
Thorough knowledge and experience of car parts and technical understanding
Will consider an experienced Parts Advisor seeking to progress to management
Basic Salary: Up to £28,000 (OTE £35,000+ expected annually)
22 days holiday & bank holidays + great company benefits!
Hours: Monday-Friday [8:00am-5:30pm] & 1-in-2 Saturday’s [8:30am-12:30pm]
