Silcom Recruitment are searching for a confident, innovative and customer centric professional to join our well-established client as a Parts Business Development Executive, at one of their busy sites based around the outskirts of Portsmouth.
A superb opportunity for an experienced business development executive, sales executive or a parts advisor who is confident in a business to business sales based role.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Business Development Executive:
This role will require an individual to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure to maintain and improve profitability for the business and support the team in further business growth.
You will be required to build and maintain customer relations with a variety of clients across the local area, ensuring all KPI’s are met and excelled yearly.
This position will be a mobile role; you will be required to meet with new and existing clients in the local area to maintain or build new relationships and sell the brand specific products.
Creating new revenue streams and create offers for seasonal and promotional products.
Handle a database of clients to manage their spending to ensure all targets are met and customer retention is retained.
Gaining knowledge, understanding, and predicting market trends to ensure both correct stocking and competitive pricing.
Motor trade knowledge required – Our client would consider applicants from a retail sales background within the industry, looking for an opportunity within business development or corporate sales.
Full clean driver’s license.
£25,000 Basic Salary [Experience Dependent] + Uncapped Bonus!
Monday to Friday [8:00 – 17:00] + 1 Hour Lunch.

Training and further development provided.
