One of our renowned clients in the Dorset, Wimborne area has requested aid of Silcom specialists this March, with plans to bring on board a brand new experienced Parts Advisor to join their established team, working under the Parts Manager.

[Current motor trade parts experience preferred but not essential]
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department
Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments
Managing parts stock and taking inventory
Providing quotations to clients both in person and over the phone
Excellent customer service skills required
Knowledge and experience of car parts and warehouse/stockroom sourcing
Automotive system experience highly desired
Salary: £23,000 to £34,500 Basic Salary (experience dependant)
Hours: [Full-Time] Monday–Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm | Plus, occasional Saturday work
