Parts Advisor - Westbury

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are immediately seeking a qualified new Parts Advisor to join our prestigious client at their specialist setup based in Westbury, Wiltshire.

[Current motor trade service / parts experience preferred but not essential]

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction 

Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department

Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments

Managing parts stock and taking inventory

Providing quotations to clients both in person and over the phone

Excellent customer service skills required

Knowledge and experience of car parts and warehouse/stockroom sourcing

Automotive system experience highly desired

Package:

Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 Basic (experience dependant)

+ Excellent Bonuses | OTE: £35,000+ per annum!!!

Hours: [Full-Time] Monday–Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm)
