The Role:
We are delighted to be helping one of our clients, a well-established dealer group in Southampton with the hire of a Parts Advisor after a recent staff retirement.

Are you an experienced Parts Advisor or have experience in a warehouse operation? Do you have a passion in dealing with customers? Are you confident in your upsell ability? Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments.
Managing parts stock.
Liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customers.
Upsell of additional parts to customers may be required to achieve further bonus.
Our ideal candidate must be a team player, work well in a fast-paced environment and must be computer literate and competent organisational skills.
The Package:
£24,800 Basic Salary + £28,400 OTE.
Monday to Friday [8:30 – 18:00] + 1 Hour Lunch.
1 in 2 Saturdays [8:00 – 13:00]
24 days paid holiday + Bank holidays.
In house training and opportunities for progression + other great company benefits such as discounted gym memberships.
