Parts Advisor - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be working with an established, prestige dealership who currently seek an experienced motor trade Parts Advisor to join their team. Based in Southampton, reporting into the Parts Manager, this is a superb opportunity. 

Current motor trade parts experience preferred. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction 

Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department

Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments

Managing parts stock

Liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customers

Providing quotations

Excellent customer service skills required

Knowledge and experience of car parts

Package:

£25,000 Basic Salary + Bonus - £29,000 On Target Earnings

8:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday

One in three Saturday mornings
