





The Role:
Our esteemed main dealership client is actively seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. Located in Portsmouth and reporting to the Parts Manager, this offers a fantastic opportunity to join a well-regarded and innovative organisation with exciting growth plans.
Previous experience in the motor trade parts sector is preferred.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
Provide excellent customer service.
Receive and process customer orders for parts via email, phone or face to face.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Provide technical information and assistance to customers and colleagues.
Upsell additional parts or accessories to customers when appropriate.
Package:
Basic Salary: £24,500 + £3,000 OTE!!
Monday to Friday hours [8:00am - 5:30pm].
One in three Saturday mornings.
