Parts Advisor - Portsmouth

The Role:

Our esteemed main dealership client is currently in search of a seasoned Parts Advisor to become a valuable addition to their team. Situated in Portsmouth and reporting to the Parts Manager, this presents an excellent chance to be part of a highly regarded and forward-thinking enterprise with compelling expansion initiatives.

Current motor trade parts experience preferred. 

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction 

Welcome and assist customers entering the parts department

Handle ordering, booking, invoicing, and payment processes for parts

Oversee parts stock management

Collaborate with the workshop, service advisors, and customers

Generate and provide quotations

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Package:

£26,500 Basic Salary + OTE £29,000

45 hours per week with shift patterns between [8:00am - 18:00pm]

One in three Saturday mornings.
