Parts Advisor - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

An established, motor trade client of ours currently seek an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. Based on the outskirts of Southampton specifically SO30 area, reporting into the Aftersales Manager, a superb opportunity to join a well-respected, established business. 

Current motor trade parts experience desired. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction 

Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department

Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments

Managing parts stock

Occasional driving and delivery of parts may be required.

Liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customers

Providing quotations

Excellent customer service skills required

Knowledge and experience of car parts

Package:

Up to £28,000 Basic Salary dependent on experience

08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday

No weekends!
