The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is currently in search of a Parts Advisor to become a part of a newly renovated dealership affiliated with a prestigious brand, situated on the outskirts of Chichester.

The role for a Parts Advisor presents an excellent prospect for individuals aspiring to embrace a fresh undertaking and become part of an established enterprise.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction 

Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department

Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments

Managing parts stock using motor trade related software

Providing quotations to customers both in person and over the phone

Excellent customer service & organisational skills required

Automotive system experience highly desired, but not essential

Knowledge and experience of car parts or equivalent (Desired)

Our client can also consider someone with no Parts Advisor experience but a passion to begin a career within the motor trade – Training & support provided


Salary: £24,000 to £26,500 Basic | OTE: £30,000+ per annum!!!

Hours: [Full-Time] Monday–Friday [8:00am – 5:30pm]

Saturdays (1-in-2 rota) 8:30am – 12:30pm [additional bonus for working Saturdays]
