Automotive, Workshop, Aftersales & Customer ServiceThe Role:
Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced Parts Advisor for an established client of ours, based in Fareham. Reporting into the Aftersales Manager, a great opportunity to join a well-respected, premium business with a great facility and brand.
Current motor trade parts experience preferred, but is not essential for this role.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments.
Managing parts stock.
Liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customers.
Providing quotations.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Knowledge and experience of car parts required.
Package:
£23,690 Basic Salary + Bonus, OTE £3,000 per annum.
7:30am - 16:30pm Monday to Friday.
One in four Saturday mornings - 8:00am - 12:00pm.
