Right now, Silcom Recruitment have the opportunity to assist a large parts distribution company in their search for an experienced Parts Advisor to be a part of a huge operation!
Based in Birmingham, reporting into the Parts Manager, this vacancy is a great opportunity to join a well-established group and expert team.
**Current motor trade parts experience preferred**
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department
Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments
Managing parts stock and taking inventory
Providing quotations to clients both in person and over the phone
Excellent customer service skills required
Knowledge and experience of car parts
**Kerridge experience highly desired**
£24,000 Basic Salary + Bonus – OTE £27,000 Uncapped
Monday – Friday, Split Shifts (Preferred choice OR Rota):
8:30am - 5:00pm / 9:00am – 5:30pm
