Parts Advisor - Basingstoke

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a client of ours at their modern, fully stocked dealership based in Basingstoke.

Our client is looking for a Parts Advisor with at least one years’ experience within the motor trade and Kerridge system knowledge.    

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

Procuring and overseeing inventory for diverse vehicle components and accessories.

Handling a substantial influx of departmental calls.

Supervising inventory of parts.

Collaborating with workshop, service advisors, and clientele.

Generating price estimates.

Proficiency in customer service crucial.

Proficient in automotive parts knowledge and experience.

The Package:

Basic Salary of £26,000 [Depending on experience] + £30,000 OTE!

Monday to Friday [8:00am – 18:00pm] + (1-in-2) Saturdays [8:00am – 12:00pm] – Paid as overtime!
