Part Time Vehicle Sales Administrator - Southampton

The Role:

A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Part Time Vehicle Sales Administrator to join an established motor trade business, based around the outskirts of Southampton.

Our client, a new and used franchised car dealership, is actively seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their established team. Working as part of a team, supporting the Sales Manager & Dealership Accountant, you will be responsible but not limited to the following duties:

Responsibilities:

Process and monitoring new and used car sales administration on the company’s DMS

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Taxing of vehicles

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Manager & Executives

The Package:

Monday to Friday – 09:30am – 15:00pm

Hourly rate of £10.00 per hour - experience dependant.
