




The Role:
We are seeking a part-time Finance Administrator to join a prestigious client of ours, with flexibility for the role to be based from a number of their locations, from Southampton through to Chichester. This position could be ideal for individuals starting their accounting career or for those who hold accounting experience, but simply require part time work.
While experience in the motor trade is advantageous, it is not an essential requirement.
Responsibilities & Requirements Of A Part Time Finance Administrator:
Oversee the group's debtors, including phone calls to customers for payment collection.
Liaise with departmental managers to resolve outstanding debtor issues.
Manage the group's credit card statements.
Reconcile statements and post transactions to the correct expense codes.
Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
Assist in other finance-related tasks as needed.
The Package:
Salary: £26,000 (Pro rata) £12.50ph!
16 – 25 hours per week (could suit school hours) 4 days minimum but could do it over 5 days.
