





The Role:
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join our client - an established and specialist motor trade business based in Didcot. Renowned for their craftsmanship, restoration expertise, and attention to detail, this business offers a stable and rewarding working environment with excellent earning potential and a close-knit team culture.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a passionate and skilled team, working on unique vehicles in a well-equipped and clean workshop, with no weekend work required.
Key Responsibilities of a Paint Sprayer:
Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking and priming as required
Mix and apply paints using both manual and automated techniques
Carry out full resprays, touch-ups, and panel repairs to a high standard
Collaborate with the prep and workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow and quality output
Maintain a tidy, safe, and professional working environment
Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures
Stay current with the latest paint technologies through ongoing training opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop, restoration, or repair setting
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes
Experience working with water-based and solvent-based paint systems
Full UK Driving Licence is essential
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for the trade
The Package:
Salary: £40,000 Basic | OTE: £43,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
No Weekends!
