MOT Tester - Southampton

The Role:

We are working with a well-established and respected main dealership who are seeking a qualified MOT Tester to join their team in Southampton. This role primarily focuses on MOT testing, with some light service work required when needed. A fantastic opportunity to secure a stable position with strong earning potential and no weekend work.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards.

Support the workshop with light servicing and maintenance when required.

Diagnose and repair faults accurately and efficiently.

Complete job cards and service records to a professional standard.

Hold a valid MOT Testing licence (essential).

Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification required.

The Package:

Package 1:

£36,465 Basic – OTE £44,000.Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:30pm.Overtime paid at 1.5.

Package 2:

£34,000 Basic – OTE £48,000.Mon–Thurs: 8:45am–5:00pm, Fri: 8:30am–5:00pm.Overtime paid at 1.5.

Both packages include ongoing training, career development, and an excellent benefits package.
