Master Technician - Crawley

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of an exciting business based in Crawley, seeking to add an experienced Master Technician to their team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

Accurately and skilfully undertake the repair and servicing of vehicles.

Support the Workshop Controller in the running of the service facility.

Detect and diagnose faults and establish work required.

Deal with all customers directly in a customer-facing role and fulfil all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction.

Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines.

Provide an easy and enjoyable customer experience.

The Package:

£34,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of £40,000. Working hours Monday to Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm & Saturdays (1 in 2) 08:00am - 13:00pm.
