Marketing Executive - Bognor Regis

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting exclusively on the behalf of an established commercial business based around Bognor Regis. Our client is seeking to add a Marketing Executive to their growing team. The role involves both primary and administrative duties.

Responsibilities of a Marketing Executive:

Perform and update daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Create brand awareness and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Communicate with target audiences and develop customer relationships.

Assist in marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns.

Manage the company's social media channels.

Generate engaging content, including videos and blog posts.

Write and proofread marketing copy for online and print campaigns.

Coordinate with designers and printers and assist with product photo shoots.

Utilize marketing analytics techniques to gather data.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

CIM qualification (desirable but not essential).

Proven marketing experience.

Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.

Ability to multitask, be flexible, and meet deadlines.

Well-organized with a customer-centric approach.

Driven and self-motivated.

Proficient in copywriting and design with attention to detail.

Experience in digital media techniques and social media management.

Proficiency in MS Office, website content management systems, Mailchimp, and analytics tools.

Basic experience with design software and graphics editing tools (e.g., Adobe CC).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to work in a team and build relationships.

The Package:

£28,000 - £30,000 basic depending on experience

30 days including bank holidays

Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00pm
