Marketing Assistant - Hedge End

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting exclusively on the behalf of an established business based in Hedge End. Our client is seeking to add a Marketing Assistant to their growing team.

The primary goal of this position is to assist the marketing manager in effectively promoting all products and services, ensuring extensive and positive exposure through local press, radio, and other advertising media channels.

Responsibilities of a Marketing Assistant:

Support marketing efforts through campaign planning and design for new products, services, customer offers, and special events.

Develop and maintain a professional customer contact system to foster brand loyalty and a positive company image.

Collaborate effectively within the business team to uphold industry-leading standards of quality, customer care, and satisfaction.

Assist the marketing team in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.

Coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and other promotional activities.

Evaluate campaign data to monitor efficiency and analyse trends.

Content creation for social media, website, and press releases.

Email marketing campaigns.

Provide administrative and project support for various marketing programs.

Requirements:

Excellent customer satisfaction skills.

Confident communication skills (both written and verbal).

Strong attention to detail.

Effective organisational and time management abilities.

Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is considered a bonus.

Experience in Canva and mail chimp preferred.

The Package:

Salary up to £24,000 basic {depending on experience}.

Career development and progression opportunities.

Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm {with 1 hour lunch}.
