Management Accountant - Northampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on the behalf of an established motor trade car dealership group, with an established site in Northampton.

Our client seeks an experienced motor trade Management Accountant on a full time permanent basis.

The Responsibilities:

To produce regular management accounts within the company deadlines

To be responsible for collating & checking weekly departmental forecasts

Prepare and submit manufacturer composite

Assist with internal and external auditors particularly at year end

Ensure the prompt, smooth and methodical flow of work

Candidate Attributes:

Motor Trade experience - Essential

Current/ recent experience of working in an Assistant Accountant role, looking for progression and step up in responsibilities would be ideal for this position.

Kerridge/ADP experience is strongly desired

Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to use these to reconcile data in an efficient manner

Enthusiastic, flexible and committed

Organisational & communication skills

Teamwork and co-operation

The Package:

Circa £30,000 Basic Salary.

Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm
