LCV/HGV Vehicle Technician - Andover

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is pleased to announce an exceptional opportunity for an LCV/HGV Vehicle Technician to join one of our clients situated in Andover. Our client is actively seeking a proficient LCV/HGV Vehicle Technician with a minimum of two years' experience in a comparable position.

Responsibilities & Requirements Of An LCV/HGV Vehicle Technician:

Execute routine maintenance tasks on LCVs and HGVs in adherence to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.

Perform inspections and diagnostic tests utilising specialised tools and equipment to pinpoint issues accurately.

Maintain meticulous records of maintenance and repair activities undertaken, documenting parts utilised and labour hours for billing and documentation purposes.

Engage customers adeptly to elucidate vehicle issues, outline repair choices, and provide estimated costs.

Foster collaboration with fellow technicians and mechanics to address intricate problems and devise viable solutions.

Uphold a tidy and orderly work environment, promoting efficiency and productivity in daily operations.

Package:

Up to £18.00 per hour!

Monday to Friday hours [7:30am – 5:30pm] + Overtime on Saturdays!

(1-in-3) Saturdays [7:30am – 1:00pm].

30 days holiday (including bank holidays) + the ability to work on your own vehicles.
