The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced HGV Technician for a client of ours based on the outskirts of Southampton SO30 area.

Our client is an established independent business who specialise in HGV & LCV Vehicle repairs. Due to continued success and demand, they now seek an experienced HGV Technician to join their growing team on a full time permanent basis. 

 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Servicing vehicles – carrying out checks and maintenance according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Repairing and replacing faulty parts and components.

Advising the Service Receptionists about required repairs.

Producing time estimates.

Maintaining repair and service records.

Service/Breakdown Call outs

 

Package:

£30,000-£35,000 including Overtime & Bonus - Starting salary; dependent on experience.

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30. No Saturday work.
