HGV Parts Advisor - Bicester

The Role:

At present, the Silcom Recruitment team are working closely with one of West London’s largest vehicle distribution businesses, aiding in their search for a confident Senior HGV Parts Advisor or eager Trainee Parts Advisor to join the team at their newly refurbished site in Bicester .

Your Mission – “To satisfy all customer requirements and increase all aspects of the parts business through effective and efficient parts advising, supply and distribution”

Working as a team alongside other elite and certified HGV Parts Advisors, this vacancy is a great opportunity to join a well-respected and progressive business where you can secure a new motor trade career as a HGV Parts Advisor or Trainee Parts Advisor and be a part of their exciting growth plans. 

Current commercial vehicle parts experience or alike preferred [but far from essential]

Responsibilities & eventual Requirements of an HGV Parts Advisor:

Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction 

Parts Advising - Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department

Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments

Managing parts stock

Liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customers

Providing quotations

Excellent customer service skills required

Knowledge and experience of the motor trade highly favoured

Package:

£22,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary [dependant on experience]

+ Bonus & fantastic benefits [OTE £33,000+ per annum]

Monday-Friday / 42.5 hours per week (1-in-4 Saturdays on rota: 8:00am – 12:00pm)
