Head of Business - Croydon

The Role:

Here at Silcom Recruitment, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a highly esteem Head of Business, who is required at one of our top clients, with a very well established business based in Croydon. 

The day-to-day duties you will be carrying out as a Head of Business are as follows:

Effectively manage the resources within the business to achieve the required objectives, including sales volumes, profitability, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and loyalty levels.

Provide clear leadership by ensuring the vision and objectives for the business are understood and communicated by the staff.

Develop a customer service driven environment and culture through regular communication, team building and coaching with managers and employees of the business.

Communicate and maintain customer service standards and measurements in line with the requirements of the brand.

Recruit department managers & staff in line with organisational requirements.

Experienced General Manager with a proven track record in the motor trade industry is essential. This individual must have experience of running large operations.

Package:

Basic Salary up to £85,000, OTE £120,000 as well as fantastic company benefits, including car scheme, 25 days annual leave & other great perks.
