





The Role
We are working with a highly successful and rapidly expanding business, looking to appoint an experienced Head of Aftersales to take full ownership of the aftersales function across five retail sites – Halesowen, Cannock, Bolton, Mountsorrel, and Towcester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned multi-site aftersales leader to make a significant impact. You’ll be responsible for leading teams of up to eight staff per site, driving performance, profitability, and consistency of process, while working closely with senior leadership on strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Head of Aftersales:
Proven track record as a Head of Aftersales or similar senior aftersales leader within the motor trade.
Oversee day-to-day aftersales operations across all sites, ensuring consistent performance, process adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Controllers to achieve departmental goals.
Full accountability for budgeting, forecasting, and departmental P&L.
Drive efficiency, profitability, and compliance across multiple locations.
Carry out regular site visits (company car and travel expenses provided).
Work in partnership with senior management to deliver growth, streamline processes, and enhance the customer journey.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £55,000 + 20% annual bonus.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm.
Benefits: Company car + all travel expenses covered.
