





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for a Handover Specialist to join a valued client of ours based in Lincoln! Whether you bring customer service expertise from in or outside the motor trade, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you'll collaborate with the sales team and ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience at every handover.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Handover Specialist:
Track vehicle orders through all business departments until handover, ensuring a professional and timely process.
Inform customers of collection dates and times promptly.
Manage and maintain an efficient diary system.
Demonstrate vehicle features to customers before they leave the premises.
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to the correct departments on time.
Liaise with customers post-handover to ensure satisfaction.
Excite customers about our brand and reputation.
Achieve positive customer feedback after each handover using internal systems.
Ensure the vehicle is fully prepared and all tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
Verify that all paperwork, including specifications and finance documents, meets company standards.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £24,000 + OTE of up to £30,000!!
Monday to Friday [9:00am – 6:00pm]!!
