Silcom Recruitment are on the search for a General Manager/Dealer Principle to join a family run business based on the outskirts of Southampton. Our client seeks an experienced General Manager who is eager to take the lead on daily responsibilities of this growing dealership group.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a General Manager/Dealer Principle:
Extensive management experience in a dealership environment, essential.
Successfully oversee both aftersales and sales team performances and KPI achievements.
Implement and optimise departmental processes.
Proven ability in team building, staff development, and maximising potential.
Continuous recruitment, coaching, and performance reviews.
Prioritise exceptional customer care and satisfaction.
Manage manufacture responsibilities, whilst attending regular P&L meetings with senior management team.
Uphold and promote company values & manufacturer standards.
Package:
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus circa £25,000 [Package circa up to £80,000]!!
