Fleet Administrator - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently on the hunt for a Fleet Administrator or competent Sales Administrator to join one of our valued Clients, based around the outskirts of Southampton.

Our client operates a large retail sales department, along with a hugely successful service operation, making sure that their customers are treated with the utmost satisfaction and receive the most desirable experience.

As a Fleet Administrator / Sales Administrator and reporting to the head of fleet, you will be responsible in overseeing all administrative tasks related to acquiring and provisioning. Financing new corporate and fleet vehicles within the organisation, ensuring compliance with company and franchise protocols and guidelines.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Fleet Administrator / Sales Administrator:

Utilise pertinent systems/vehicle files to process new fleet vehicle orders, supporting the sales function.

Accurately set up and maintain customer information, including vital contact details, to uphold high-quality data for reporting purposes.

Complete and submit relevant forms via AFRL to adhere to legislation (V55, Vehicle Tax).

Ensure receipt of all funds related to manufacturer support bonuses and reconcile them accurately.

Generate necessary internal documentation (purchase invoices, cheques, finance documents), prioritising accuracy at all times.

Handle all inquiries proactively, promptly, and accurately.

Uphold safe working practices and ensure compliance with the business's policies, processes, and standards.

The Package:

Basic Salary of £25,000 & market leading bonus with a total OTE of £34,000 !!

25 days annual leave + excellent benefits & pension scheme!

Monday to Friday hours [8:30am-5:30pm] including 1-hour lunch.
