The Role:
A Fleet Administrator is required at one of our clients, with a very well established business based in Leicester. My client will consider both FULL TIME & PART TIME APPLICANTS!!
My client a car dealership organisation, seek an experienced Retail or Fleet Administrator and will consider applicants from a retail sales admin or fleet admin background to work in their corporate department.
The day-to-day duties you will be carrying out as a Fleet Administrator are as follows:
Primary focus on New Car Admin, however there will be used car administration also, As well as administrative support to the fleet sales team.
Ordering of vehicles, as well as completing all pre-delivery related administration (e.g. vehicle registration utilising AFRL, insurance, road tax.)
Updating customers and brokers on the progress of their vehicles.
Liaising with the fleet sales teams and vehicle supply to process vehicle orders in line with the sales order.
Package:
Basic Salary up to £24,000 Basic Salary. As well as fantastic company benefits.
Full time hours, Monday to Friday 9.00am - 17.00pm with 30 minutes’ lunch. Part time hours are negotiable.
